How do I open a deposit with SeaBank?
First of all, you need to create your personal savings account. This is done within just several minutes unlike at any other bank since we do not require any agreement to be signed. Just fill in the questionnaire so we could get some basic information about you in order to serve you better and your savings account will be fully operational right from the spot. Then simply log in to your savings account through our online-banking platform, go to ‘Deposit’ tab and follow all further instructions to complete your payment, such as input amount you want to deposit, choose payment option you want to use and deposit plan.
Your transaction will be completed instantly through the merchant page and your deposit will be activated automatically with no further action required.
What payment options does your bank accept?
At this time we accept deposits through Perfect Money and Bitcoin only. If you do not have accounts in any of these payment options, you need to open them or at least one in the payment processor you like the most.

When you log in, go to ‘Withdraw’ tab, choose amount of money you are about to withdraw and payment option you want your money to be sent to.
Can I change my e-mail and password?
You sure can! Just log in to your savings account, go to ‘Account Information’ tab. From there you will be able to modify your e-mail address or password if you feel the need to.
I’m afraid I have forgotten my password. Any chance to restore?
No problem! Just use our automated password restoration link called ‘forgot your password?’. Follow all the instructions and you will receive your log-in credentials to your e-mail if successful. If not, then please discuss the issue with one of our customer service advisors.
Do you pay interests directly to one of my payment processor accounts?
Actually no. Your interest payments will be credited to your savings account’s available balance and you will need to request those funds to withdraw.
How do you calculate the interest rate for me?
It is done automatically depending on the deposit plan you have chosen. Please refer to your plan details or contact our customer support for more information.
Can I have more than one deposit on one savings account?
Yes, multiple deposits are allowed, however all your transactions will be handled separately and will not influence each other, for example, when it comes to duration and expiration date.
Can I open another deposit from interests on my account?
Sure thing! Just log in to your savings account and process the transaction like any other deposit, but just choose ‘Deposit from account balance’ when completing the deposit form.
Can I have more than one savings account?
Yes, you can. However those accounts cannot take part in our affiliate program. Should you be found in violation of this rule, all your savings accounts will be suspended and your business relationship with us will be terminated.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do. You will be paid 1% for every deposit opened with our bank by a client you refer. You can find your advertising tools inside your savings account. They include banners and referral link and you will be able to use those everywhere wherever permitted, such as your website, blog or send to someone by e-mail.
After I request my funds for withdrawal, when can I expect them to arrive?
We process all withdrawals manually for security reasons. You should expect your withdrawal to be processed within normal 8 hours from being requested.
